H&S Performance, LLC guarantees all H&S products to be free from factory defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. H&S Performance, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any XRT or Black Maxx Tuners deemed defective within the warranty time period. All products must be returned to H&S Performance freight pre-paid for inspection. H&S Performance will replace or repair defective products at no cost to you, including return ground shipping. Customer is to pay all freight charges if faster return shipping method is desired. Warranty covers ONLY repair or replacement of products, and under no circumstances will H&S Performance, LLC be liable for any other consequential or accidental damages.

Terms for Warranty are as follows:
All of the following conditions must be met in order to obtain warranty:

1. You are the Original Purchaser
2. Product has not been subjected to misuse or was improperly installed
3. You can provide proof of purchase

Instructions for obtaining Warranty Repair or Replacement:

1. Obtain an RMA number by completing the Warranty Form located on our web page
2. Pack your product with padding as to not be damaged in shipping
3. Make sure RMA number is clearly visible on OUTSIDE of package (Shipment will be refused if RMA number is not on outside of box)

H&S Performance offers several shipping options to accommodate our customers needs. Our standard carrier and shipping method is UPS Ground. During checkout all customers will have the option to select an alternative shipping method to meet their needs and demands. Orders placed over the Phone or when no other option is requested will have all products shipped in the standard method. Each customer will be provided a tracking number via registered email and will be available upon request.

H&S Performance will process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed over a holiday or weekends will be processed the following business day. All shipping costs are the customers responsibly and include shipping insurance to protect the user from accidental shipping damages. At no time is H&S Performance or any of our affiliates responsible for shipping delays, costs, or damages once the order has left our facilities.

In rare circumstances, product stock can be depleted and the product is considered back-ordered. In the event of a back-order, H&S Performance will notify the customer within 24 hours via email, and provide an estimate of time until shipment will take place. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, all in-stock items will ship immediately, while the rest will be placed on back-order.

Any invalid information provided by the customer that results in lost or stolen items, is not the responsibility of H&S Performance and will not be replaced or refunded. Please check all shipping address information, phone number and email address for errors before completing any order. If you find an error after the placement of the order please contact H&S Performance immediately to correct any mistakes.

Only new product in its original packaging, unopened and unused may be returned. No exceptions. All product returned unopened and unused will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted without written authorization by H&S Performance, and accompanied by an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). All items must be assigned an RMA number BEFORE being shipped to us. Any items returned to us without RMA clearly visible on the outside of the box will be refused. All packages must have shipping prepaid with added insurance, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Upon receipt of returned product, H&S Performance will inspect product for damage. Any used, opened, or re-boxed items will not be accepted for credit, and will be returned at the customer's expense.

All items shipped that are refused or returned to sender will only receive credit for the items returned, minus the restocking fee. Freight charges for returned, refused, or returned to sender will not receive credit for the outgoing freight. Returned, refused, or returned to sender orders will also be charged return shipping charges equal to the amount of shipping charges that were incurred to originally ship the order.

At H&S Performance your security and privacy is our number one concern. The latest in secure technology has been applied to our website to ensure that all transactions are kept safe and secure. All payment information is encrypted and is unable to be seen by any member of our web staff or facility employees.

Using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), all payment information is encrypted and processed by computer technology. At no time will your credit card or personal information come in contact with any person or be able to be retrieved manually. During repeat orders, your financial and personal information is stored in our secure database and can only be retrieved and changed by you. For your security and protection, only the last four numbers of your credit card (XXXX XXXX XXXX 1234) will appear on-screen.

All information collected during your shopping experience is for the sole use of H&S Performance to learn more about our target customers, and to better assist you in the future. This information is also used to expand our product lines, improve our website, alter our target audience, and optimize our search results based off traffic information collected.
