Instructions

To become a dealer for H&S Performance, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a retailer or wholesale distributor in the automotive industry
  2. Complete and submit the Dealer Agreement at the bottom of this page
  3. Be registered with our online store. You can register here: https://www.hsperformance.com/store/index.php/customer/account/login/

Once you have completed the Dealer Agreement AND created an account with our online store, we will email you a response within 1 business day. If you need an immediate response, you can call 435-628-1730 AFTER you have completed the dealer agreement.

 

Ordering

You may place orders using any of the three methods listed below.

  1. Directly from the website. This is our preferred ordering method. Simply log in and submit order on our shopping cart. Your Jobber pricing will be loaded onto the cart once your account has been approved. For drop ships, simply select "alternate shipping address" and we will take care of the rest.
  2. Email. Please use a company PO#, or include the order on a company letterhead. Email orders to dealer@hsperformance.com. To place an order by email, you MUST have a credit card on file with us. You can set this up by calling 435-628-1730.
  3. Fax. Please use a company PO#, or include the order on a company letterhead. Fax orders to 435-628-3037. To place an order by fax, you MUST have a credit card on file with us. You can set this up by calling 435-628-1730.

All in-stock orders received by 12:00 noon MTN time will be shipped same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock, and can not be shipped the same day, you will be notified by email and given an ETA on shipping.

 

MAP Policy

No H&S Performance products may be advertised for sale for less than our listed MSRP. New dealers will receive a price price list upon account approval. If you are ever unsure of MSRP, you may view current pricing on our website, or email sales@hsperformance.com for a current pricelist.

Our MAP pricing is designed to ensure fair pricing and adequate margins for all of our dealers. Violating our MAP policy will not be tolerated, and any price violations will result in loss of Dealer status. All H&S products sold by a Dealer that has been removed from our network for MAP violations will not carry a manufacturers warranty, and are considered sold "As-Is". No technical support will be provided to any Dealer that has been removed for MAP violations. This is now a zero tolerance policy, and will be enforced!

Bundling of Products (Combined Kits)

The MAXIMUM allowed discount for bundled kits containing H&S products is 5% off MSRP for the entire kit. If you are offering a bundled kit containing an H&S product, ALL products in the kit must be available for sale individually on your website/retail store, at MSRP. Here is an example:

H&S Black Maxx Tuner $1299.00 MSRP
Brand "X" Exhaust kit $399.00 MSRP
Total $1698.00
-5% $84.90
Total $1613.10

Free Shipping, Instant Rebates, and Product Giveaways

Free shipping with purchase is allowed.

Instant rebates and free products with purchase are not allowed, and are a violation of our MAP Policy.

Free promotion items such as T-shirts, hats, stickers, and similar promo items are allowed.

 

Dealer Agreement

To become a "Dealer" ("Dealer" includes Re-seller, Jobber, Wholesale Distributor, or other vendor) for H&S Performance, LLC, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I/We the Dealer, nor any of our employees or agents, will not advertise any H&S Performance products below the Minimum Advertised Price(MAP). MAP pricing on all H&S Performance, LLC products is the MSRP. This includes advertising under my company name, company website, other web domains owned by my me, my company, or any company agent. This also includes advertising or selling on any 3rd party websites including, but not limited to, "EBAY". ANY advertising below MAP may result in loss of dealer account, and loss of privilege to sell H&S Performance, LLC products.
  2. I/We the Dealer, acknowledge that ALL H&S Performance, LLC parts are manufactured and sold by H&S Performance, LLC, SOLELY for sanctioned racing and competition use. Any installation or use on a vehicle registered or certified for highway use is strictly prohibited. By purchasing products from H&S Performance, LLC, I/We the Dealer, assume all liability for any mis-use or mis-installation of H&S Performance, LLC products. By purchasing any products from H&S Performance, LLC, I /We the Dealer, indemnify H&S Performance for any and all liability, fines, or legal actions for their misuse, unapproved installation, or unlawful use.
  3. I/We the Dealer, certify that I/we are licensed and insured by the state and city in which we operate, to sell performance parts for retail or wholesale. I agree to maintain and upkeep any and all licenses and insurance required by my state, city, or local ordinance. I understand that by not maintaining all necessary licenses or insurance I/we the Dealer may have my Dealer account revoked at any time by H&S Performance, LLC.
