H&S Performance, LLC guarantees all H&S products to be free from factory defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. H&S Performance, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any XRT, Black Maxx, Mini Maxx or Overdrive Tuners deemed defective within the warranty time period. All products must be returned to H&S Performance freight pre-paid for inspection. H&S Performance will replace or repair defective products at no cost to you, including return ground shipping. Customer is to pay all freight charges if faster return shipping method is desired. Warranty covers ONLY repair or replacement of products, and under no circumstances will H&S Performance, LLC be liable for any other consequential or accidental damages.
Terms for Warranty are as follows:
(All of the following conditions must be met in order to obtain warranty)
- You are the Original Purchaser
- Product has not been subjected to misuse or was improperly installed.
- You can provide proof of purchase.
Instructions for obtaining Warranty Repair or Replacement:
- Use one of the methods below to submit your information and obtain an RMA#.
- Pack your product with padding as to not be damaged in shipping (original packaging is best if you kept it).
- Make sure RMA# is clearly visible on OUTSIDE of package. (Shipment will be refused if RMA# is not on outside of box.)
- Prepay freight and ship package to:

Method 1 (REQUIRES credit card on file for warranty)
- Obtain RMA# from H&S by completing a warranty claim form on next page. You can also fax a form to H&S using the printable version located HERE. Be sure to include credit card info on claim form or no product will be shipped to you. a copy of your original invoice must be emailed or faxed to us before we will ship you any replacement product.
- H&S will pay for UPS Ground shipping. If you wish, item can be shipped by faster method at your expense. UPS is the only shipper used by H&S.
- Defective product MUST be received by H&S within 15 business days, or the credit card on file will be charged for the product at MSRP. NO EXCEPTIONS! If item returned to H&S is deemed not to be under warranty, credit card will be charged for the product at MSRP and shipped back to you.

Method 2 (does NOT require credit card on file for warranty)
- Obtain RMA# from H&S by completing a warranty claim form on next page. You can also fax a form to H&S using the printable version located HERE.
- Send product back to H&S Performance. Shipping charges must be prepaid by you, no COD's will be accepted. The RMA# issued by H&S must be written on the outside of the shipping box, or shipment will be refused. A copy of your original invoice MUST accompany shipment.
- Upon receit, product will be inspected. Items accepted for warranty will be repaired or replaced at discretion of H&S.
- Repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you at no charge, via UPS Ground. If you wish, item can be shipped by faster method at your expense. UPS is the only shipper used by H&S.
