my 2008 6.7L is making a funny noise when you let off throttle quickly Im hearing a kinda popping/air sounding noise. Kinda like a boost blow off valve. Sounds like it is coming from turbo! anyone else heard this??

You are hearing a turbo "chatter" or "huff" there are a lot of names people call it, but it is normal. When your turbo is spooled up and you quickly let off the throttle, you may hear a bit of a "huffing" sounds as the pressure in the system stabilizes itself.

It doesn't sound like a huff its sounds more like a flap or something in the turbo line and it does it a couple times a once like POP Pop pop like loud to quiet.

No, nothing to worry about. Only happens when you are building a lot of boost and suddenly let off the throttle.
