Definitely start with a full turbo back exhaust. The stock downpipe is very restrictive, if you look, there are actually 2 catalysts before you even get to the DPF, then of course the muffler. That's 4 areas of restriction. I've always done, tuner, exhaust, cold air intake first, then maybe move into a boost tube with intake. You wont get the full benefit from the grid heater delete without the boost tube and intake, which is why i would recommend those first...

Thanks for the info, I took off my muffler the other day and haven't noticed much, knew there had to be a restriction somewhere still in there, it didn't get much louder. H&S is Out of Stock on Mini's with the Pyro so I guess I'll have to wait for a while.
