Was re-installing my XRT pro which i have done several times after replacing back to stock for warraty work now the program will not install. It says unrecognized part number 8U20HCB. Has anyone incounter this? They did update the PCM while it was in there which I did not tell them to do could this effect this?

u try to install full sim back on sim card then reinstall your tunes and start all over?

Thanks for the reply. Pretty wierd deal I fully installed everything back on 2 spare 4G mini sd cards this morning. When i put them in the programmer to load it would not saying there was no sim card present. Then I took the one I got from H&S which is 1G and did the same thing and it worked fine. I wonder if the 4G was to big for the programmer, but it is loading right now. Thanks

Yes 2GB SD card is the limit.

Got everything back up and running perfect now. The guys at H&S are first class people took care of my problem in a very short time and kept me informed. These guys are at the top of cutomer service.
